SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping within New Zealand is at the flat rate of $5.50 for smaller packages such as essential oils and $12.50 for diffusers that need larger packages. We do combine shipping costs, it will calculate at checkout.

Also, we have a Pick-up option from The Beehive Collective Store at 4/82 Cashel Street in Christchurch.    In this instance, we will contact you directly once your order is ready so as that we can arrange a mutually good time for pick up.

WITH COVID RESTRICTIONS WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY TO OUR CUSTOMERS IN CHRISTCHURCH AND ROLLESTON, (5 KM RADIUS) SURROUNDS.

We do not ship overseas.

 

Items sent within New Zealand will be delivered to the address given within 2 – 4 working days.

 

If your address is rural please allow an extra couple of days for delivery.

Delivery is not available to P.O. boxes so please arrange an alternative address if this is the case.

Once your order is packed, we will send you an email or text with tracking number.

​

Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. There may be some delay with Public Holidays.

 

You may contact us should you wish to query or track your item if it has not been delivered within the specified time period.

We will let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date.  To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you may return them for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us. If the goods are faulty or were sent to you in error we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incur returning the item/s back to us.

 

Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty.
